Payment Process

Payment for all products and services purchased through our Site must be made using a valid credit card, debit card, or PayPal account. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method. In the event that we suspend or terminate your account due to a breach of these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or exchange for any unused products or services.

We also reserve the right to withhold payment or charge back any amounts that would otherwise be due to you under these Terms, including but not limited to instances where you have breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity. Additionally, any disputes regarding payments must be reported within 30 days of the transaction; otherwise, you waive your right to contest the charge.

Fees

To list a product or service on our Site, sellers are required to pay a listing fee, which will be charged in U.S. Dollars (USD), or equivalent amounts in Euros (EUR) or other applicable currencies for French and German markets. We retain the right to modify the fee structure, including the price and the method of calculation, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Any fee changes will take effect immediately, but they will not apply to listings that are already live at the time of the change. However, if the product or service is relisted after the fee adjustment, the new fee will apply.

Please note that all fees paid are non-refundable, even after agreed refund. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their payment cards are up to date to avoid any disruptions in their purchase.
