Refund Policy

FenBenPro offer 60-day refund policy, which means the client can ask for a refund during this period. Product has to be returned to us and we will issue refund within 24 hours once the product has been received by us.

www.fenben.pro is for delivery of products to customers both globally and within our jurisdiction via Priority Registered Mail, DHL Express or FedEx Express.

We ship the products on the day the order is made, if the postal services are still operating, otherwise we ship the following day.

For orders smaller than $199.99, a shipping fee of $29.99 applies.

Your countries Customs or Post Service might delay the goods, there is nothing we can do about it. If you are not inside the European Union, you might have to pay duty for the product you receive, this is regulated by your country’s laws.

If the client does not receive his/hers order by our estimated time, we ask to wait 7 more working days and then we give a full refund or ship a new package via Priority Registered Mail, DHL Express or FedEx Express, the customer can choose which option they prefer.

This rule does not apply if the buyer refuses to complete customs procedures and related actions. In such cases, refunds are not available, and the goods will be destroyed by customs authorities.
